1995 Shanghai Waysmos Fine Chemical Co.,Ltd registered at Shanghai. At same year, HFC-227ea production line went into operation, producing 500tons per year.
18/01/1996 basic dyes production line was put into operation, with annual output 1000tons basic dyes
08/03/1997 Shanghai Waysmos finished digetion and absortion of imported product line, and prepared to construct an independent R&D Building. Company had Independent R&D Capability since that time.
18/12/1998 "WAYSMOS", company's Logo, is granted. Brand management achieved initial success.
6/6/2001 HFC-227ea production line went into operation, producing 1000tons per year.
3/9/2004 company's product HFC-227ea was listed in Key New Product of Shanghai, and certificated.
6/1/2005 Paper dyes production line went into operation, producing 1000tons per year.
31/12/2005 Company's annual sales amount reached 10 million RMB(about 1.4 million USD)
3/2/2006 HFC-227ea production line went into operation, producing 2000tons per year.
9/3/2007 basic dyes production line was put into operation, with annual output 3000tons basic dyes.
6/2/2008 Director Board discussed and approved plans to open up off-site manufacturer.
8/5/2009 The new invested off-site manufacturer at Jiangsu was put into operation.
1/9/2009 The new invested off-site manufacturer at ZHejaing was put into operation.
2010-7-1 Waysmos Group was set up.
